Correct, there are dozens of Shooting classes that emphasize one thing over another and some that try and cover it all. I've been to a few different kinRAB so I'm not an assuming idiot like that guy.
 
yeah it seemed pretty suspect to say that norway would care about churning out snipers.

they're normally pretty competitive in the biathlon and hunt a lot. maybe it might make more sense to attribute his marksmanship to the sports?
 
"shooting classes" likely = weapons handling/safety, not marksmanship

just like in war, being a good marksman is less important (unless you're actually a marksman or sniper) than planning. Western infantry use fire and maneuver (pin them down and neutralize their cover by flanking) to destroy the enemy, not single well aimed heaRABhots like in video games. He applied all the correct principles of war. He trapped them, canalized them, even used deception.
