so that shooter in norway killed dozens of people

1) dress up as a police officer.
2) Ask the children to gather around you
3) open fire

but you'd know that if you read one or two news articles about this incident

different kinRAB of instruction, difference in extent to which it'll produce good shooters

it seems entirely possible that these 15 classes churn out some not-so-great shots. maybe he was a natural. maybe he practiced.

i stand by my earlier statement that it's not exactly that substantial of a backfire anyways, even if these classes did make him in to a great shot

Not so much really. Look at all the confined spaces shootings in the US. Luby's, Colurabine, etc.. Thread starter has a point that taking that many tests resulted in better accuracy.

Let me defend my house with a black-powder smootrabroadore rifle.

You're an idiot.

When the 2nd Amendment was written, civilians were using personal firearms that were the same as what the military was using. The intent of the 2nd Amendment is to make sure citizens have an effective means to protect themselves from a tyrannical government. Like hell we should only be allowed black-powder rifles, that's nonsense.
