So Rand Paul isn't a Libertarian?

one of the cornerstones of libertarian belief is the right to property rights.. and if you want to restrict the rights of what someone can do with the only property they are guaranteed to have in their lifetime, their own body, you are no libertarian.
 
obviously the debate isn't as simple as that. the whole debate is about the status of the unborn. if the fetus is an individual, than it is extremely libertarian to say that abortion should be absolutely illegal.
 
He doesn't agree with the libertarian party, so obviously that means he isn't a libertarian.

I mean, I agree he isn't a libertarian, but whether he agrees with that party on any particular issue has dick all to do with whether he is a libertarian or not.
