I suspect that in time, things will become more commonly known in the United States about Libya, things which elsewhere in the world (not necessarily Europe) are readily understood.
Our mission was not a humanitarian one. Our actions, as NATO allies, were not humanitarian ones. Our targets, in these borabings and so forth, were not consistent with a humanitarian goal. And so on.
RT has reported on some of this, but of course it isn't consistent with our own news outlets so it isn't really part of the dialogue among partisan hacks such as most of you.
Anyway, I hope sincerely that in future years these things will make it into our textbooks and some of you will recant your stance on Libya.
