so....now that wii is out, how are the graphics? REALLY?

They aren't great at all. No one said they would be and I sure hope no one was expecting them. It seems like for the most part anyone who has actually played wii sports and the like gets passed the graphics pretty quickly.

Try to get by a lack of innovation.

I love GoW and it looks amazing.... but when I'm playing multiplayer, I could really give two shits about the graphics.
 
I laugh at your shit, I would rather play a bunch of games that I can have a shitload of fun with then be cooped up in my room for 8 hours by myself playing Gears of War, while some 12 year old kid is bitching me out.

I'm sorry grabbing a few brewskis with some friends, chillin and playing some really party games like Rayman and Wii Sports just kick the shit out of the hardcore games.

Do not get my wrong I love Gears of War, Zelda, etc. any other hardcore game, but really for some all around fun Wii does such a damn good job at it....why do you think the DS sells so well, even though the PSP has all the nuts and bolts of a great portal system...it just isn't fun enough.
 
They are BETTER then a PS2 and Xbox, but they aren't 360 quality.

I don't mind the graphics because have fun trying to play Zelda on a PS3 or 360.

i went from playing gears of war, arguably the best looking game to date, to playing zelda, something with pretty much gamecube graphics with slight improvements (water looks real good). and after the initial realization that this looks nothing like gears, i realized how fucking fun it was regardless.

1- its a known fact graphics improve game experience, you'd have to be retarded to disagree

2- its also a known fact that if the fun factor is there, it can make up for graphics.

i feel terribly bad for the people who cant eventually afford all 3 systems, if you are a gamer, you buy the games for the games, and dont really care about what system you happen to be playing said game on.

for example

i have a 360, i have it mostly for gears, because its an amazing game.

i have a wii, i have it mostly for zelda, because its an amazing game.

ill buy a ps3, when they have some sick games, because i like sick games.

i just feel bad for the people who have one system and are forced to buy shitty titles because its the only thing they have.

i mean, these are all launch games too, look at gears, people cant believe its being played on 360 hardware, so much depends on the company making the game. im sure in acouple years there will be a select few wii games that could pass for a shittier 360 game (graphics wise)

but if you're not a faggot, you could really care less, because you'd be having fun playing mario galaxy or super smash bros regardless.
