The difference is that the things we believe as fact without questioning can be supported in one way or another if we research them. There is no quantitative research that can be done to lay the groundwork for a belief in God or anything concrete to support a belief in God. However, it depends on how you define God because God is different things in different forms to different people.
 
They convince themselves that people like Bush are good honest god fearing men when clearly Bush doesn't give any more of a fuck about 'god' than Clinton did... and they hated Clinton with a passion. I'm not just talking about votes, but I'm talking about passionate hate and disgust for two men that possess no character differences and happen to differ only slightly on their support for two political issues. Yet they priase one and find a reason to hate the other simply based on which party they associate with? Its just weird.
 
What the fuck is wrong with you? They believe this shit because other groups and people have pushed their beliefs onto them. It's just a series of mental infections

It's not just the "religious right;" it's the entire opened-minded world. The only people who think anything good of obama are people who can't think for themselves.
