Best things you can do are to Google an answer (if these don't suffice), ask your brother to give the code\password, or simply take something super important to him (laptop? computer?) and put a password on it and don't give it to him until he gives you your iPod's password.

You have to restore your iPod. If you don't want to do that, I believe there are other ways but you'll have to look them up on youtube. They're kind of complicated.

if it is an ipod touch connect it to itunes hold the home and power button at the same time for DFU mode this will reset everything on your ipod and will erase everything click restore ipod on your computer and if your music, videos, games, apps, etc is still on itunes it will sync back on to it!
