People should look forward to their birthdays, shouldn't they?

My mom's leaving on a buisness trip so she's not even gonna be here. I don't have any friends so I chose not to have a party. Just me myself and I this year. Again.

'Sweet 16' my ass.

Be happy. Pleeeease. I'm sending out "OMG It's your birthday, and I'm totally there in a groovy spiritual way" vibes for you, starting right now. So you've got like, weeks of Havok vibes coming. They get better each day, I PROMISE.

Hell be happy you made it to sixteen. Nothing is sweet about that shit, except that's when I started getting noticable facial hair. But I guess you don't want that?

I would send my vibes..........but really, a clown at a sixteen year olds birthday party?

What is the deal with you teenagers and the whole:
"My birthday is this weekend...my parents are going to be out of town but I'm not going to celebrate..."

You make me fucking :sickpuke: . How more :emo: could you be. "My Mom is going out of town on my birthday but I'm just going to sit and mope by myself." Grow a pair for fucks sake!

When I was 16 my birthday bash was the fucking shit. My parents left town and I trashed their house. Yet...I had no 'friends' but still...50 - 70 people still showed up to 'celebrate' my birthday. Fucking Christ...celebrate your life and quit searching for pity.

HAHA Thanks for the support, you guys. At least I still have all my e-friends.There's a difference between you and I. I don't go to school. So yeah, you might not have friends, but you still have 50 - 70 random people who'd come to your birthday party. I'm not like those whiny spoiled-ass emo fuckers out there. When I say I have no one, I mean I have no one. I actually remember inviting a couple of eight year olds to my 11th birthday party because they were the only people I knew at the time.

Gotta agree with you on that last sentence, though.

The best thing about getting older is:

18 - legal adult
21 - buying beer on your own
25 - car insurance goes down
40 - life begins
60 - almost ready to retire
62 - retire
62+ - Old lady that can get away with pinching some young sexy waiter's ass

:D :D :D

exactly what I think, I have my birthday this weekend, I'm turning 20(I look like I'm turning 16though) but my point is, there is going to be a party with alot of booze but half of the people won't even remember that the party is for my birthday.
And I'm fine with that because birthdays arent that "yahay". celebrate life. sweet sixteen my ass, that's just something brats have come up with so they can spend ALOT of their parents money. youre sixteen yahay, you can..umh you can't really drive..you can't buy booze nor vote, what's to celebrate?

have a huge party when there is something lifechanging with you getting older :) Then it feels like youre partying for a nice cause ;) instead of "yay this day my mom screamed in pain and wondered WHY she had to have this pain just to get a baby when she could adopt one, then just so youre dad could faint and youre mom get angry at him"*

:happysad:

although alot of me vibes to you have it nice :hug2:

*this is a haha thing, hope not to offend anyone

Great. I've got more than 12 years before anything good happens.

EDIT: What stardust said made me think of something. On one's birthday, shouldn't one's mom get all the presents and cake and whatnot? after all, mom did all the work.

I forgot about 16. At 16 you can drive.

Your right moms should get a party for surviving (sp) this long with the kid without killing it. :happysad:

 I would have to agree with that statement myself. I always thought an 18th birthday should be the biggest. My 18th was a fucking blow out.

During this party I fractured my ankle. Which swelled to the size of a football then turned black from the toe to half-way up my calf.
Then I drank so much that I began to throw-up blood for about an hour.

Then the morning after, I woke up next to the Manager(a female, btw, for all you fuck-sticks out there) of the Brookshire's I worked at the time.

All in all...I would say it was a good party.
