So much fighting.. what you think should be done?

So this girl and I have been friends since end of september of last year. We're both gay. I like her. But the thing is, we fight a LOT over the dumbest crap. Ever. She's pissed at me right now because apprarently I "owe" her fifteen dollars because we got into an argument like more than a month ago and she said at the moment for every text you send you owe me over a dollar. I text her sarcastically "o for suree.." Lately she's been stressing on her finances. I understand. But why is she making me feel like I did something totally wrong and I HAVE to repay her NOW?? I've done real nice things for her.. we've had awesome times. I've paid for her meals at dinner, paid for ingredients when i made italian pesto pasta, salad, bought champagne. I've been there for her when she was sick and dropped of 20+dollars worth of items for her to get better. Bought her flowers when she was feeling sad. Been there for her when she needed a shoulder to cry on. And now she says "all those things were nice. But.. you stil haven't given me what i ASKED for." Humbug, I say! What do you think I should do?? Give her the fifteen dollars to make her shut up? Give her the fifteen and stop talking/seeing her? Or not give her any money... etc.
