So Kanye West basically put Daft Punk on the map

And if anything KANYE reached out to Daft Punk in order to use their sample to get MORE FANS to come over to him from the dance scene.

Daft Punks fan base is probably 11ty kanyes

actually, you're wrong because you've got it twisted. Daft Punk needed Kanye for record sales and recognition, mainly just recognition and airplay. Now go eat a bowl of dicks. thanks!

.

In other news, I've learned that acid rock is the real father figure of daft punk style music (house/techno/etc...).

A new drug, a new era, new way of making sounRAB, same idea.

english. second language for you i see. let me say it like this...

no, you're a fucking moron. daft punk needed kanye like you need a place to park your jet. you never will. they never will. these are the facts. deal with it.

In a way, it was ALMOST the other way around.

Kayne West blew up right around the time he essentially stole "Harder, Faster, Stronger" from Daft Punk.

Without that beat...is that song a hit? Without that hit...is Kanye still around? Yes he has other songs, but that was part of the catalyst of him blowing up big time.

FYI...when Kanye can sellout a show with 200,000 people...let me know. Techno/Trance/House/Electronic/Etc is HUGE in Europe.
