Though this is somewhat of a collateral issue, I will say I generally agree that most Americans are unintelligent. However, I don't think it's exclusive to America alone; I feel that human beings, on average, are unintelligent. Regardless, America has the best university system in the world. Our institutions of higher education are incredible, and while there is a spattering of excellent schools across the world, most of them lie within our borders.
