How many neurons or was it how well they are connected? If so, then we can increase connections by doing things like reading, critical thinking, math, etc. So we would be able to increase our intelligence. According to most people though, you can't actually increase your intelligence, so that means that intelligence can't be around "neuron interconnection", because if it was that would mean we could increase it. When ever you exercise your brain, you are creating new neuron connections.
