So inspection is coming up and cant seem to figure out why my break tail light...

...wont go off?? Any suggestions? Its only on one side its on the driver side!! I wont go off!
I driver side brake light stays on! BUT when I push I brake the passanger side works it goes off and on when I step on the brake, prob is that the driver side light stays on even when im not stepping on the brake!
