I want to loose weight in my back, thighs, and arms. yeah I wouldnt mind loosing it in the stomach, but Im not that worried about it due to the fact i will never be in a bikkini lol. So I have a gym membership, just tell me what I should do in order to loose weight and tone in these key areas.
