Victory not an option!

..Is it one of the 2.3 million that was recalled because toyota can't figure out how to make a gas pedal mechanism properly, or will it be a liberal angry at me for listening to Rush Limbaugh in an American car right after Air America bit the dust??
My Mustang may not be perfect, but at least it slows down after I let off the gas. And it's still on the original engine/transmission with no problems after 163,000 miles.
Anyway, if the Toyota is bearing down on me due to mechanical failure, I only have to avoid them once before they crash into a fiery explosion of death. If it's an angry liberal, it may be a running chase like in Terminator 2. So how will I know the difference?

Most likely if you see a Toyota bearing down you, it will be because Rush told you to go stand in the street until something like that happened.

If you see any car bearing down on you then you should change lanes and get out of the way. Whether it be a auto defect or an angry liberal, neither are going to be fun to deal with if they hit you.

BTW, it's not just Toyotas that have had that problem. I had a Dodge Caravan several years ago that did the same thing. They found it was the cruise control cable was catching keeping the accelerator from letting up. They fixed it and it was a good vehicle for carrying all the boys to town.
