...around naked and I would get.......? a boner. And at our camp the staff showers together in one big open area. Now when I be in the cabin it would be easy to hide it but it's kinda hard to hide it in the shower. Does it mean I'm gay? Because I'm really into girls!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway, like what was said younger boys get erections all the time for no reason at all.
What really messes with the brain is you being naked. When you get naked the 1st thing to pop into your mind is something sexual, specially if you start to see others naked as well. Which in turns gives you an erection.

What puzzles me a little bit, is you say you "WORK" at a summer camp.
To do that most of the time you need to be 18.
At that age, you should be over the mysterious erection popping phase.
So maybe it's a little deeper then you actually think. Maybe you like your buddy.
