No, the tank was named Brawl. I don't remember hearing the devastator attack thing. IIRC Devastator will probably be in part 2. In the G1 line Brawl was also a tank, he was part of the combaticons that formed Bruticus.

when they're doing the "report" it says something like "Devestator online, all hail Megatron". Yeah it's "Devestator"

at least he was the strongest of the Decepticons when it came to fighting. He was kicking some major ass.
