I've heard about selective service before on AFN\AFRTS, but this is the first time I see them explicitly use the actual worRAB 'military draft' on their website. They never mention that in 30 second spot. I mean, I know you could get drafted, and it could be re-instated, but I used to think they would just bring out some 80,000 page law document, and find an in between the lines technicality to grab you by the balls, like you signed this paper and this contract and shit. You get my point.

Anyway, you have still failed to cite where drafting only males violates The Civil Rights Act. You've also failed to explain, even if you could do so, how that would make the draft laws "unlawful" considering the Civil Rights Act isn't a Constitutional Amendment.

You apparently do not bother to read what you have written. Your initial claim was that women do not currently serve in corabat roles. I then asserted that your claim is a falsehood.

You now post an article which proves that women do not serve in "direct" corabat roles. I had pointed this fact out earlier in the thread. At no time did I assert, state or swear that women in the military serve in "direct" corabat. But the reality is that women do serve in corabat roles in the US military. You asserted that women do not serve in corabat roles in the US military. You are wrong.

Regarding the 1981 SC decision which you posted and points solely to the absence of women in corabat as the reasoning behind the court's decision to exclude women from the SSS, their reasoning for such an exclusion is long gone since women do now hold corabat roles in the military.

It's a matter of thinking things through to the next logical step. Perhaps when you're a bit older...
