So i tried to burn a cd on my Macbook using iTunes and the cd turned out weird.?

When i put it into my car CD player, some parts of the songs were missing and the first few folders wouldn't even play. The last few folders played a lot better, the further i went up in folders the less it did it. What in the world is going on? How can i fix this!
