So I quit smoking pot

MmmMMmmMm...this new sack looks so dank...Sour Diesel...red hairs, trichromes, smells awesome. can't wait to smoke this and take in the sweet smokey blissfulness.

On another note, I had a peculiar dream last night. I bought a new pipe and was stashing it somewhere in my closet. It was blue and extremely resiney. Then I hear someone trying to break into my room through my window, so I close the door of the closet and leave a little bit open so I can see. I see a guy in a black outfit snooping around my room. I open up the door and tackle him and it's my friend.

So I'm like "WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING?" and he's like "NOTHING! God, I just wanted to steal something." and I was like "You wanted to fucking steal something from me? Get out. Now." and he got pissed at me and left.

Heh. Melatonin. Always a good time.

I love to hate pot.

I've smoked pot for 12 years, almost every day I've lit up a joint. But if you really want to quit, only way to do it is for your own reasons and no one elses. Pot isn't addicted contrary to what people people say. You get addicted to the routine not the drug. I was forced to quit cause I moved to Costa Rica for 3 months, and no one here I know smokes so it makes it really easy to forget. But I assume once I head back to Canada, and am surrounded by pot heads it will be hard to stay off the drug.

I love to hate for the simple reason that I want it to only be, an occasional social thing. Slowly but surely it turns into, "I'm just going to buy alittle." to "I'm going to buy more to 'save' money." The it turns into me just sitting at my computer playing video games getting high by myself. To wake and bake, lets not work today!

At the sametime I don't think I'll ever offically quit. I will always smoke it, just certain circumstances might come into play that would hinder my slow progression back to a cronic smoker.

Trailing from the argument uber and Mdot had, I think it's a better cause to point out the ill effects of the substance being illegal.

Most stigmas towards pot aren't the effects or the health risks. Most people casually toss around "stupid stoner" lightly, where as "stupid crackhead" carries an obvious negative connotation. Pot is much more socially acceptable than any other habitual use of a mind or mood altering substance, save prescription meds. That's another debate.

We would make much better progress outlining the facts, and debating the effects of the law, not the substance.

Less government is good government.

(Attack or eliminate the dealer system, not the end user)
