I just joined a nearby 24 hour fitness. I have a trip to Mexico in the begining of April and i really would like to be mostly in shape by then but my real dead line is July. I would like to be about 50 pounds lighter by then. I dont expect to loose a pound a day, but i do expect to shed alot of stomach-fat.
Here's what im interested in doing:
-toning up my legs and butt, but not really losing any thickness in them
-making my arms be skinner and less jiggly, but i DO NOT want to be buff (not sexy lol)
-Getting rid of my love handles
-Getting my stomach flat, but i DO NOT want any form of a 6-pack.
Things i DO NOT want:
-a 6-pack
-to be buff
-to make my butt or thighs too hard
-to make my boobs smaller. BIG NO NO!
I've heard that spinning class helps you burn alot of calories and loose weight fast so i was thinking of taking it.
