so i have learnt the basics of HTML.............read on?

I am 13 year old girl. I just learnt the basics of HTML. Is there any other text editer besides notepad that i can you? and is there any website that lets u make like a web page for testing? and can someone explain to me what CSS and PHP and Javascript is? What do I hafta learn now to try and like design a web page?
