plant my seeds and plants in dry soil and water it after planted, or do I moisten/wet the soil and then plant my seeds...I'm planting tomato, and jalapeno plants, and my other veggies, okra, green beans, squash(yellow and zucchini) green onions, watermelons, and radishes, I'm planting by seeds...first time planting a garden...any advice will help...thanks!
