so i downloaded a torrent the other day of dawn of war something when very wrong i

guess please help? so i downloaded it and started to install it dawn of war that is and a little bit into i would say about 3 qourters of the way it says error 1311 cant find data.cab file i have no idea what that means or what to do
this is a torrent and i used bittorrent i also use winrar to open it
