...noticed that one or a? combination of these things is not making me sleep properly. Now, I feel hungry all the time even though I did not change my diet from before. And none of this food contain caffeine also. What's wrong?

These are just supplements i added to what I regularly eat on a daily basis. Before I added these things I was always full and I slept well at night.
