And, of course, is this also why when a BB tech employee had to fix a frozen PS3 that I watched him unplug the chords and bring it over to the Geek Squad area?

all the kiosks in my area has a dumby ps3 behind the plastic. Nothing is plugged in it. If you look underneath u can see the ps3 inside the metal box

that is a dummy, the real ps3 is under it in the metal part

we got ours in at circuit city so of course we took it apart
