So every time i brake, my car's stereo changes or rewinds the song...how do i fix this?

Its a 96 bmw 318ti with a pioneer face plate. Is it faulty wiring or an on board computer deal? Also, i have noticed that on hot days (i live in dallas) the volume on the stereo goes up and up..
