So can you "execute" and "stun punch" pedestrains?

Obviously I've done it in the missions but doesn't seem to work on peds...

I think executions are reserved for the main characters/bosses of the game

I stun punched a guy reading a book on a bench. One quick punch and he dropped his book and fell out of the bench on to the ground. So it works but I have yet to try it again.

I've been trying this too after that one mission where you get a car for Ivan. You lock onto your target, but dont press any other buttons so you don't get in fightin stance. When you are close to them you just press B (in my case) and its a one hit KO. I can't get it to work on pedestirans either, its kinda gay.

you walk up close to someone and the target lock turns into the a flashing red B button and you hit the B button and you sucker punch em.

I've been looking all over for the damn bat. The gun store has it but it's still a display model.

Oh yeah, you don't get all the guns inside the store if you kill the owner

for the dwayne mission just leave i was wondering the same thing and didnt realize it until i had retried about 3 times.
