kay so im trying to lose 90 lbs.
i got the eating stuff down,but what about exercise?
i wanna lose 3 lbs a week,which is possible.
so i know i need to do cardio&strength training all together for 40 mins, everyday.
but what can i do for cardio for 20 mins.
and strength training for 20 mins.
i dont have any dumbbells,and cant get to gym
*I can walk my dog,
do online exercise videos& i have exercise tv on demand on my cable,
