Nah, Streetfighter is just awful, with no redeeming qualities - computer game films are bad enough, but this is particuarly awful. When one of your lead actors dies some way through shooting, that might just say it all. Yet for some bizarre reason Channel 5 seem to have bought the rights to it in a firesale and show it every few months.
The only thing that comes close in my (albeit limited) experience is Scary Movie 2 - a comedy without any jokes, aside from the first five minutes. Oddly the first five minutes include a great Exorcist spoof, which just raises your expectations - shame that there isn't another opportuntiy to laugh in the whole film...
