Snakes on a Plane

Actually I saw a trailer for this on Friday before Pirates of the Caribbean (so its REALLY scary then) and in it's defence it did looka bit freaky. It was a serious trailer, no spoof, and I don't like snakes so was a bit freaked...then I saw the title...and the whole cinema laughed. Are they taking the piss!!!

Snakes.on.a.plane.....actually insane.

It makes me wonder if this is HollywooRAB idea of testing how stupid the rest of the world can be! By making the crappiest movie ever, but using a huge star to do it with and make up a load of hype and say its a "cult" movie!

Really? How insightful of you.

It's good that you let us know, because I'm sure there were literally thousanRAB of people looking to this as the Hamlet of their generation. But now you've set them all straight and they can go back to their normal lives.

Thank god for you.

After watching the melodrama that was 'Superman Returns' I am sooooo looking forward to some honest celuloid butt kicking.

(do snakes have butts? Oh, heck you know what I mean! :D )

There is a thread about Wilderness if you want to know more!
According to a report on the BBC website SOAP is number 1 in the US box Office:

"Airborne thriller Snakes on a Plane has topped the North American box office in its first weekend on release.
But the film's modest takings of $15.3m (

Snakes On A Plane

Do you take them on with hand luggage or in a clear plastic bag?! :D

Seriously,I really don't know whether it is the coolest title of a film ever,or the absolute worst.I haven't seen any trailers, but I am tempted to go and see it nonetheless. It sounRAB like it could be bad enough to be brilliant...

LMAO

Plot Outline: On board a flight over the Pacific Ocean, an assassin, bent on killing a passenger who's a witness in protective custody, let loose a crate full of deadly snakes.

Even more amazing Samuel L Jackson is doing it.

saw it yesterday - absolutely awesome movie. in a naff, cheesy kind of way. is it any good? of course not. is it entertaining? hell yes!

Iain :D

Gah! :D

I didn't even read the outline when I posted the link. Even more amazing, Bruce James is going to play Ken, twice.

And Sam's done XXX and the Shaft remake, so he's not adverse to a little pointlessness now and again. :)

When I read about it on IMDB new,s i thought it was all hype and I still think it is but, it has the potential to be a cult movie, if they don't take themselves too seriously.
