Found it more difficult to watch that the "Nest of Vipers" episode of Taggart. Incidentally, in NOV, does the research director survive? The last time we see her, she is receiving the anti venom, which prompts J Taggart to ask to see the anti venoms. We know that the second snake bite victim received the wrong anti venom.
