SMS WITH Series60 Phone (n73)

Hey guys, lately, i have been having some issues with send sms messages to my girlfriend, i send a sms think she is ganna get it but 2day, i called her earlier 2day, i asked her if she got it and she said no, Do i have reboot my phone daily once a day for the phone to work correctly, she has a series 40 6230i, she has good reception 2, who reckons the sms with n73 is a little lame compared to older phones, like on my 6230i, it said " Message sent" and on my n73, all it has is a little envelope at the top of the screen .

is it a little envelope or a tray with an up arrow on it?

if that icon doesn't disappear, that means your sms wasn't sent. go to messaging->outbox and check to see if your sms is still there and try to resend. your setting might be incorrect.
 
i does it straight away some times but other time it hangs for awhile then i have to resend it. but i don't know it doesn't get to my gf phone with some of my msges, i normally sent it when my signal is on full with 3g on
