Sms marker flashning

I just got the SE vivaz, I use same sim card as my old phone. I sent an sms from my old phone, switched sim card to my new phone, and meanwhile I believe I got an answer for my sms, and the sms marker thing in the corner is flashing. But I got no sms.
I then switched sim card back to my old phone, and I received the sms. But on the vivaz, the sms marker is still flsahing.

Inbox is empty, but it keeps flashing.

It's very annoying, so would love some help.
 
From what you said about your phone i think your phone is trying to tell you that you have messages on your SIM, it maybe that you need to delete some to make room for a new message to come. To view message on your SIM go to >message> message settings> view SIM messages

Try checking your messages folder for old text messages, and delete any you find to clear space for new ones - or change the settings in the phone to store text messages to phone memory to get around this issue

Ah thank you sukscool.
I had a few messages on my sim, and by deleting one of them, the sms marker dissapeared. :)
