Blood Dampens My Pillow

I am 16. From just today, whenever I smile, the skin on the left side of my mouth (left cheek) feels a little tight. This causes a few folds on this side of my mouth (cheek) when I smile that weren't there before. These lines change slightly during different smiles. Why is this happening and will it go away?
