What eyeshadow primer do you like better out of the two, and why ? Which one works better for making your shadow last longer without creasing ? I have reallyy oily eyelids.

Also, would putting a foundation powder over the primers make them last any longer ?
Please help !
I can't buy UDPP or Toofaced Shadow Insurance so don't suggest those or any others to me ! (Unless they're in Drugstores or Walmart located in Ontario,Canada)
