Smartphone or Pocket PC?

Hello everyone,

I'm going to be upgrading my Nokia n70 (on Orange in the UK) in the near future - and I can't decide weather to go for a Smartphone or PPC? I want to move away from Symbian and towards WM5 though.

I'll be using the device as a phone (texting/browsing/calling) for the majority of the time - and I'm used to the one handed operation that comes with normal mobiles. But I'll also be using the device for work (will probably buy Pocket Informant) and would like a device that is powerful, with a big screen and will allow me to surf wirelessly.

So basically - do users of PPCs find they are more cumbersome to use when performing day to day 'mobile phone tasks' (texting etc) or not?

What are the postitives for one over the other I guess is the question I am trying to ask - and any pointers anyone could give would be great too.

hey, i think you should take a look at the nokia n73 or the n72, their both pretty good phones and are suited to what you need. you could also checkout the N80,but its probably too similar to your phone right now. Checkout our website at www.cellswholesale.com for lowest prices on mobiles online. We have a huge selection, so come take a look!!^^

Hiya,

Are not the Nokia 'n' series range of phones not all Symbian.

I've always found Symbian phones to be a bit sluggish and I fancy a change - so would you recommend any WM5 Smartphones or PPC?

i'm not sure how much you care about being "current", but WM6 has been announced, so if you like having the "latest and greatest", you may want to hold off a bit.
