i have bought a 3 year license on smart2go on my e65 and want to buy a n95, is it possible to transfer the license to my new phone or is the license ONLY for my e65?

does anyone know?

Good question as many members have probably already plunked down some scratch once S2GO was released. Just curious...how much was a 3 year contract?

I think 3 years is $100? You actually do all the purchasing from the N95 itself (credit card and all) and you give it your e-mail address and it sends you the license number.

I believe there was a place to input the license number manually before you paid anything. That should allow you to transfer it.

Doesn't it work on IMEI number? I doubt the new license is transferable but you can always try.

well if the license code is not IMEI specific and its just a code too unlock the app...then ummmmm....Phat !!.....send me that code in a email and i can test it on mine

I'm sure if you emailed the vendor, you can get the IMEI transferred... that's how it works on IM Plus anyway.
