Do you think that starting a restaurant in a small town could be better than having one in a large town? I know some towns with 10,000-50,000 people in their city/county, and only have 1 or 2 places to eat. If you started a restaurant in a smaller town and almost monopolize the business there, would you not make alot of money? There is almost no competition, and the majority of the city and county will keep coming back so they don't have to drive long distances for a meal out. Whether it be fast foot or a sit-down place.
