Smart Phone Help me Choose..

well I mean the auctions I posted. I dont own any, I only wish I owned this phone.

I just will have to wait til the end of this week/early next week to get the cingular version. If you dont decide by then I will post a review and pictures.

If you havent decided, I am going to go pick up the i607 which is the same phone, same design and all except the Cingular version.

I will post a mini-review and pictures later so you can check them out to. I will have it compared to my Dash.

The samsung isnt really thinner, its about the same size but taller. But it feels SOO much better to hold and to talk on. The volume stip was so annoying, thank god the Samsung doesnt.

The volume stip on the dash is touch sesitive and whenver I would try to browse a page or talk on the phone or do something else the phone would bring up the volume controls. Not a big thing but really annoying.

The samsung so far is a great phone, and I would already recommend it over the Blackberry Dash and T-mobile Dash.

If you want to touch the phone, go into a Cingular store and test one out. They are virtually the same phone. They are identical in build except the Cingular one (of course) has the cingular branding and cingular extras, and a slower processor. The i320n has a 400mhz processor while the i607 only has a 201mhz.

So yea, just go into a Cingular store and test out the Blackjack, it will be just like holding and using the i320n.
 
ok...hi!

i just got back from my trip ,and online for the 1st time since sunday. i saw the blackjack at cingular but it was nt charged or anything. i thknk i stiill want it but first wanted to check with you to se how you like it after a week of use. please lt me know the good, the bad, and the ugly and any change in your comparison opnion!

Well after the first week nothing really has changed alot.

I love my Blackjack. It does everything I want. I havent had a problem yet. Still I have noticed a little lag like starting up the camera, but not as bad as the dash. But I am sure you wouldnt expirieince this because the processor in the i320n is twice as fast as the Blackjack.

I dont know really what else to say, its a great phone and I love it!
 
i really want the 320. my fiance and i just bought a flat screen lcd tv and surround sound today, so it looks like the neww phone is going to wait. BUMMER!

My sales lady gave me the phone no contract for 349.99. To get that price it said you have to sign up for a data plan and mail in a rebate.

So the original would've been 449.99 and thats how much I expected to pay. I didnt get a data plan, so i thought I wouldnt get the rebate. Well I got a instant rebate and only payed 349.99 w/o rebate or data plan!

I could make some money since the i607 since they are new are selling for like 500.00!!!

Anyways the phone is REALLY cool and I love it. I think the i320n would be great for you!
