I want to learn what is the smallest sized software or messenger to support cam chat.
I ve seen this yahoo or msn messengers about 20-40 mb etc, and I know they are not much nowadays but I am searching something compact.
Is there any 1-2-3-4 MB softwares just for Camera chat and text chat than nothing more?
(with the definite person, not random chat)
