smallest and simplest gnutella client

Hey
I am looking for a simple and easy to modify gnutella client since as part of my project I have to inculcate trust in p2p network and I have chosen gnutella as the base protocol. So now I need to have a client which is 1> Open Source
2> Small and easy to understand
3> Easy to modify

Any helps would be greatly appreciated

Humm if you didn't like the apps I recommended you in your previous thread you should really not choose a Gnutella client. Gnutella is very complex. Maybe you should try to find the original source of the Gnutella 0.56 client that was released in 2000... You won't find simplier code.

I have a suggestion, check out Tiny P2P it's only 15 lines of code and it is open source!!! The world's samllest P2P program!

Thanks for your time. Well actually as I said earlier I want to inculcate trust in an anonymous framework such as gnutella. and for that I need some base platform to implement my initial protocols. Now I have chosen gnutella as this base protocol but for implementing my protocols I will have to modify the basic gnutella protocol to support trust queries, their replies. Also I would like it to work on my Local network for testing and experimental purposes. So I am looking for a client which satisfies these requirements.
