Small smartphone/pda : which one?

I think I'll return back to PDA phone. Since I sold my BenQ P50, which I found that too big for me to carry, I'm now considering a small PDA. I have a budget of 400ish (since I'm a reseller, I get good price on phones), and am thinking of (not in order) :

1) SE M600
2) Nokia 6708
3) Nokia E61
4) Motorola A1200

I'll be using the phone mostly to keep my appointments, contacts, transactions. Well, if there's a wifi, that'd be good too.

I have seen A1200 in person, but not the rest. A1200 is quite small, fits in the pocket. But never seen M600, E61 or even 6708. Are they big?

So, anything else (phones) I should consider? Thanks in advance
 
If you're into a smartphone and not a full PDA and if FIDO is a GSM carrier a friend of mine has an Audiovox SMT5600 that he absloutely loves.
Plenty of them unlocked on eBay branded AT&T.
