Small Business is being hurt, why?

Why is small Business being taxed? I saw this on a Wall Street Journal article earlier today. Why is it beind denied credit? My father up in NJ has had his taxes rasied last month, why small business? Doesn't the people in the government understand that small business employs 70% of our work force? Don't they know that if small business gets hurt, we get hurt too? I saw this coming...
 
Simple, Bush and the New Idiot went along with the Congressional Idiots and decided to print a ton of money, Borrow a ton more, and Give it away to corporations that are sending it to other countries to "Shore up their interests" there.

This money should have been made available to small business,
1), small business is not likely to take the money off shore,
2) Small business creates 80% of new jobs. So it should have been a no brainer..

Dipshit Bush wanted to fatten up his supporters in the Banking and Oil Business, and Dipshit Obama wants to shore up his supporters ( Auto workers unions)By buying Up companies that should fail and put their employees on unemployment until they get a job with a small business and by shoving money up the collective arses of interest groups that helped him gain power.
