alright so basically i drank all weekend but last saturday i noticed a small hard bump under bottom teeth.... i wouldnt say its as big as pea a little smaller.... it showed up over night .... it doenst hurt ... there are no other symptomss besides it just being there... im worried its cancer but not sure... also i was picking at it for like 2 days ... could that cause a white like rough patch to show up cause of the scraping? as of today this patch showed up ... only in the area i was scraping at ? please help
