The POTUS Obama yesterday gave a mandate to the congress to save a dollar before spending a dollar. From an idiot who has credit more debt than all the the rest of the president of the USA in history and has no way to pay it back. I guess he knows what the media will cover and what his supporters a capable of understanding.
 
That mandate has always existed. Nothing new. He is just pacifying his zombies as they are starting to question him and his deceiving decisions with no real plan for anything but borrowing money.
