After getting over the initial shock of ''omg its that kid from skins!'' This has got to be one of the most enjoyable films I have ever watched. Mostly on a cinematographic level because the back drop of the story is just breathtaking but you can't say a bad word against the acting either.

I have a small hope of seeing Anwar from skins winning an oscar but its got to be an outside bet. :D

anyone else seen it or have plans too?

I saw it the other day and thoroughly enjoyed it too. I liked the way it could be serious and funny at the same time. Look forward to seeing it again.

It has put me off watching WWTBA Millionaire though.

(you reckon Chris Tarrant does things like that during the ad breaks? :D)
 
I watched it a few days ago with my sister, We really enjoyed it.

Great Acting, Anil Kapoor[ehm.. Chris Tarent] was great aswell.

I gave it a 9/10 in imdb
 
Its so cool this movie's doing so well! the promos look good, and i can't wait to see it.

i'm keeping on about this but has anyone seen Jodhaa Akbar? its been nominated for a BAFTA. You have to see this movie honestly! :)
 
I thought I'd posted in this one but I think it was the last movie I watched one.

Great film. The young kiRAB were great actors and the film was original, sad, funny and beautifully shot.

One of my favourites of 2008.
 
Bump, was going to start a new thread but glad I searched first...:D:o

Am going to see it on friday (the 9th) when it comes out. From what ive seen, its supposed to be the feel good movie of the year. I like Anil Kapoor having seen one or two movies of his, so looking forward to this one.

Anyone else looking forward to seeing it?:)
 
It was so good that I went back and saw it a second time the next week, and I've downloaded some of the songs from the soundtrack to my iphone. Very entertaining.
