SLR CAMERA FOR HIGHSCHOOL PHOTOGRAPHY.?

hi i need a camer for my photography class.
on the course guide it says 35mm manual SLR camer.
i went to EBAY and most of them are digital SLR.
so im wondering do you think it will be okay if i bye digital SLR??
do they have films???
i dont know what to do !!!
please help me!!!!
 
A digital SLR is not ok...it does not take film.

Probably not digital. If the class requires a film camera that's what you'd better have.

They are not the same at all, digital and film
