Slowest Shipping Method Possible?

Hi,

I recently purchased a computer speaker system off of eBay that weighs roughly 60-70 lbs. I purchased these speakers on 12/12/10 and they were labeled as "shipped" on Tuesday, 12/14 on eBay with no tracking number. The seller claimed he "threw it out". Assuming he hasn't scammed me, what is the absolute slowest shipping method he could have shipped such a heavy package out with?

He lives in New York City/the area surrounding, I live about sixty miles east of Minneapolis, right on the Wisconsin/Minnesota border. If he shipped it via USPS, tomorrow [Wednesday, 12/23] would be the 7th business day of travel. If shipped via UPS, Fedex or DHL, tomorrow would be the sixth business day of travel (since he shipped them out on Tuesday and they probably started their journey on Wednesday, 12/15).

My question is, what is the slowest way he could have shipped it and am I right in the window of time where it should be arriving, assuming I haven't been scammed, since I'm @ day 6 or 7?

I paid $30 for shipping, which he claimed was "expedited", because he said he was probably going to ship it via UPS or DHL, but, I can easily see him going for the absolute slowest/cheapest.

Thank you!

Sam
