Slow usenet ??

Hey all , for the past week or two , ive been getting slow speeds via usenet . I know theyve had some problems , i just wanna know has any one else had the same ???

What Usenet provider do you use? It's hard to tell if someone has had the same problem unless you can specifiy which provider.
